Personal Use of the Wowwee Design™ Site

Your use of the www.wowweedesign.com website (the “Site”) and all information, products and services on the Site are subject to the binding legal terms set forth below and all applicable laws (the “Terms”). The Site is owned and operated by Wowwee Design™ trading as Weeefox Pty Limited.

These Terms may be amended from time to time without notice. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you must exit the Site immediately. You may browse this Site for personal information and inspiration.

Restriction on Use of Name and Brand

You may not use the name “Wowwee Design™” (whether in whole, in part, in abbreviation, or in any altered or misleading form) without the prior written consent of Wowwee Design™. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

Using “Wowwee Design™” in comparison lists, blog posts, advertisements, keywords, meta-tags, website content, or domain names.
Publishing articles or content such as “alternatives to Wowwee Design™”, “similar agencies to Wowwee Design™” or any wording that suggests association, endorsement, or competition with our brand.
Any use that may mislead, dilute, tarnish, or unfairly take advantage of the reputation and goodwill of Wowwee Design™.

Any unauthorised use of our name, logo, or brand identifiers is strictly prohibited and will be pursued under Australian trademark and consumer law.

Use of Site Content

You may not copy, distribute, modify, transmit, mirror, or revise the contents of this Site without the prior written consent of Wowwee Design™.

Each document or material copied, downloaded or printed from this Site must include the following copyright notice:

No Commercial Use

Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wowwee Design™ disclaims all warranties, representations and conditions of any kind (express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for purpose, quality, title and non-infringement).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wowwee Design™ and its related bodies corporate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the use of this Site. The aggregate liability of Wowwee Design™ for all claims is limited to AUD $100.

Indemnity and Release

You release and indemnify Wowwee Design™ and its officers, employees and affiliates from all claims or demands arising from your misuse of this Site or infringement of these Terms.

Any communication or material you post or transmit to Wowwee Design™ through this Site is non-confidential and may be used for business, promotional or publishing purposes.

All names, logos and marks of Wowwee Design™ are trademarks owned or licensed by Wowwee Design™. Any unauthorised use or misuse is strictly prohibited.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Wowwee Design™ is not responsible for the content of any linked site.

Interactive Facilities

By using any interactive facilities, you warrant that content you provide is lawful and non-infringing. You grant Wowwee Design™ a licence to use such content.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Refund Policy

Weeefox Pty Ltd trading as Wowwee Design™ (ABN: 45 130 242 643) offers refunds within 55 days only in cases of typographical errors. Customer sign-off is final. Cosmetic concerns (e.g. colour, font preference) are not grounds for refund. Each case is considered individually.
