It takes a lot of organising a new menu campaign for one of Sydney’s busiest restaurant.
We’ve mastered this over the years to have a really streamlined process. We start all menus with the owners and what food they know is selling these are real figures taken from the POS systems. Every menu item has to be calculated as most fish products are market priced so we have to still maintain affordability to the customers.
With our draft menu written we try to arrange a day where the head chefs can help us get the best out of the food photography, and its all hands on deck to bring the new creation to life. There are many hours spent bring this all together graphic design, typography, photography, website designs, review sites and its not just one menu I have to think off its all of them breakfast, lunches, Dinners, and Functions
We all don’t eat the same food in summer and winter. While the pricing and menu items are been finalised, I’m very busy adding all them images across social media and other website review programs which are a vital part.
Our printed menus look fabulous with matching posters it really just completes the look. whats more the customers love them to they are super easy to read with nice clear fonts and well written descriptions really save the very busy restaurant time answering questions. With summer fast approaching we are updating all our summer offers on our website with its very own builtin ordering system.
And this is what Darragh does!!! He designs and manages the whole project from start to finish and makes sure those sales keep coming in. If you own or manage a large restaurant chain why not ask me to help you take control of everything for you and give you the solution to drive your business forward. I pride myself on my work, no middle men one person start to finish.
